Electrocardiography, also known as ECG, is a machine uses a process that records a person's cardiac electrical activity over a period of time using disposable electrodes placed superficially over the region of the heart. It prints the recorded pulse waves to be interpreted by the health care professionals. It is the first line of diagnostic tool to determine any underlying cardiac conditions.
